COSTAB WORKSHOP CONDUCTED BY L-PRES_ AUGUST, 2019

 1.       STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND MEETINGS were carried out to deepen stakeholders’ understanding to facilitate broad based inputs and buy-in. Participating States, Private Sector stakeholders Consultants Multinational agencies were part of the process.

Impacts: 

i.    Better understanding of the projects: Feelers from the Livestock Value chain domain indicated that stakeholders and actors have come to full understanding of the project’s goals and objectives.

ii.    Sensitization and buy-in: Remarkable number of formal requests to participate in L-PRES and its components have been  received from more States of the federation and broad spectrum of stakeholders.

iii.         Technical Backstopping: Wide range of suggestions and inclusions have been received from stakeholders leading far reaching updates of the Project Appraisal Document and implementation manual
